Windows 10: Is this analysis an actual threat from CRDF?

I had recently ran into an issue with a virus when downloading a file from git hub which then a virus made my pc stop responding so I reset it seemed like it went back to normal after resting my pc but then when I woke up the next morning I had messages of the link to the git hub file that I got the virus from not sent by me but sent as me to people in my DM's. I then went through extensive measurements to make sure it was out of the system by using Tron Script and Malwarebytes everything seemed normal with no other forced messages sent in discord by someone else but then I used auto runs to s
