Windows 10: Is this community just a way for microsoft to avoid flak

I was thinking about this for a long time and it occurred to me - If microsoft does something blitheringly stupid with Windows like adding more bloatware, they don't take responsibility for it. The only thing you can do, because there is only apple as an alternative, but good luck making the switch, is be angry at yourself.So naturally when people are angry they're going to try to get a solution to it. But here, an official microsoft website, you have 'independent advisors'. These appear to be unpaid volunteers, or sometimes 'machine'-like people. There is no support. Microsoft is just palmi
