    Is this even posssible?


    The PC health check says my pc can't run Windows 11, because i don't have TPM and supported CPU, but my PC is already running Windows 11 and the performance is good as the Windows 10, it doesn't lag, it doesn't take forever to load Google Chrome and everything works fine even the Windows Update, but the bitlocker doesn't work, because i said i don't have TPM, but i don't use bitlocker anyways.

    The 1703 install does not come back online after 75% restart

    Unfortunately windows 10 version 1703 the creators update is greyed out as a posssible option here.
