    Is this female dp port damaged? This is my GPU and I'm worried.


    Hello, today I did something stupid. I started moving my PC, and I did not unplug the dp cable. I heard a snap and I checked the cable and it was bent really badly. The metal part was almost coming out of the plastic casing. I managed to bend it back into it's original shape, but one of the pins was broken off on the cable itself. I tried plugging it back in to the same port, and it seemed to work just fine, however I'm worried about damage to my GPU. Later, I realized that the broken off pin was partially or completely inside the female port. I have replaced the cable, and I am not using it a

    Did NOT expect this..

    Female To Female Mini-DP adapter came in today... Added it to the MiniDP-Female to DVI cable... Hooked up my Apple Cinema to the DVI ports of the TITAN card..

    Apple Cinema Monitor STILL did not work with the TITAN card..

    I am guessing the TITAN simply does not like my Apple Monitor... *Sad
