Windows 10: Is this forum a joke, no questions are answer. Even the basic ones.

Hi, am looking for answers to how to use user accounts.Every question is answer by saying yes you can do that but i don't know how. This is a joke. Is this Microsofts answer to help or am i in the wrong place.

Cortana doesn't answer the question?

I know that it is a joke - but I get this "joke" reply to every question I ask! - I used the "encyclopedia" question as an example - but I really do want Cortana to spell "encyclopedia" - and to answer other questions - is there some way to turn off the
jokes and actually get a serious answer to a serious question? PS I can actually spell encyclopedia/encyclopaedia - this is not the point.

Also when I ask what the date is - I get - "It's the first day of the rest of your life...!!" - that's not the answer I want!

 

cortana does not answer questions well

I have windows 10. I ask Cortana a question about windows 10. Besides that, she knows I have windows 10 already. But she gives me a list of answers for windows 7,8, XP, vista, etc.

this info of course does not apply to windows 10.

a basic way Cortana would be useful (not better -- just to make this a useful, practical feature, would be for there to be common sense in her. giving info that does not apply to my question is only frustrating and a waste of my time.

My questions always include that I want info on windows 10, and she still produces a long list of items that do not apply to my question.

This is just one example of how useless if find her to be. It is one that is easier to explain than some of the answers she gives -- they are way off the mark most of the time.

why won't Microsoft make her into something that is practical?
