Windows 10: Is this Hal.dll file causing my pc to crash?

I have been crashing for about a month now. I have tried testing my memory with memtest, I have tried increasing my virtual memory, I have tried running a completely fresh install of windows, I have tried chkdsk, I have tried increasing my fan speed, I have tried nearly everything I can find online. Page fault in non paged area, and other memory related issues keep popping up randomly, usually when playing video games, but I have had it happen when not. This is the second time I have gone into my MEMORY.DMP file and found something relating to Hal.dll and I am wondering if that has anything to
