    Hi All,


    I'll probably get flamed for this but, here goes. I have a legal copy of Windows 10 Pro. I recently bought a new PC but it has only Linux on it. I would like to migrate my Windows 10 Pro to the new machine. I downloaded Windows Media Creation Tool. Installed it got a brief white Windows splash screen and the got this error code 0x80072EFD - 0x20000. I looked into other ways to make a bootable USB but I don't trust them period. Is there a way to make a bootable copy of my Windows !0 Pro legally?

    If one bought some cds and wanted to rip them to flash drive, would that be legal ?

    Secondly, VirusTotal is a great suggestion in which to enter URL for security.

    Well, things do change, but I think it is. I have my collection on hard drive, and would hate to think it is not legal. And cars these days don't have CD players anymore...

    Not sure about Japan. They have some very strict rules...
