Windows 10: Is this link for a legit Microsoft support chat site?

Hello all:


I was having issues activating Windows 10 after doing a motherboard replacement. I followed a chat link I found on Google (linked below), and the guy remoted into my computer, asked to see proof of purchase of the motherboard, then asked for a few account details (name, email address, no password). Then after about a 10min. wait he pasted in a number in the activation window and it was added to my account.


I watched my screen like a hawk the whole time and he never installed anything else or deviated.


I am now thinking that this may have been a scam and that I should have been trying to resolve this so late at night. So, is the link below legit? Thanks all!
