Windows 10: Is this potentially A Virus?

I saw from another post the wscript.exe is a false positive, I've added that to the exceptions. But the update.vbs I am unsure. Is this potentially a virus?

2) Do not download anything from the link (pcrisk) which another user previously posted. It's one of those SpyHunter pushing sites. SpyHunter is a commercial program which is absolutely not recommended here in Microsoft Community.

Help with potential virus

If you suspect that your computer is infected with a virus, kindly try to run a full scan of your antivirus in safemode. By running the scan in safemode, the virus will be less likely to be able to interfere with the scan and your antivirus will have a better chance to remove any threats. Also, if you want to reinstall Windows on your computer and wipe everything out, I would suggest that you perform Clean Install.
