Windows 10: Is this "prod.support.services.microsoft.com" website real or is it a maliscious one?

Hello,I automaticly had a windows defender update today even if my windows update's paused which installed the KB5007651 Version 1.0.2306.10002 version. I first thought it was no big deal but it caused this black window to pop-up for a second or two before disapearing. I got to the updates history and note, my device is in french saw that the windows defender latest update was written in half french and half english. It never happened before so I clicked on the "learn more" thing and it brang me to this https://prod.support.services.microsoft.com website without telling me anythi

I checked gigabyte's site on my GA-M57 and it didn't say anything about b3 stepping update, but all of the x3 chips are b3 steppings, so just use the x3 support bios if available.

It only tells me "This update provides latest updates for Windows Security platform, which is comprised of the Windows Security app and its underlying service.

To obtain the current version of Windows Security app, please run powershell command below:" and then gives me a command to do.

So, I was wondering: Have I installed a legitimate windows defender update and is this website real or have I just gotten a virus?
