Windows 10: is this something i can fix?

Discus and support is this something i can fix? in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; I'm going to try and make this make sense.     is this something i can fix?


    I'm going to try and make this make sense. My dog walked on my keyboard one day and suddenly I can't use my volume buttons and all the other buttons next to them I can use my volume buttons work they just bring me to a website for some reason. Another problem with my computer is my space backspace and enter buttons rarely work and every time I turn on caps lock I hear a beep and a box appears on my screen for a while and it gets annoying I have to continue pressing my space backspace and enter buttons until they finally decide to work I tried checking out the settings and I couldn't find anyth
