  1. Is this tech guy true?

I was scrolling through YouTube and watching videos ykyk.I saw this tech guy, so I decided to click on his video, since I'm interested. This tech guy said that if you got a virus/malware/trojan, now anti-virus can fully remove it.He said that neither anti-viruses nor any kind of malware removal can fully remove a malware/trojan/virus since the deleted files aren't actually deleted and it's just stored somewhere. He then said that we need to fully reset and remove everything. like a factory reset. Is this true?EDIT: To fully recap if you didn't understand what I was saying, basically this tech guy

    :)

    Good surround sound headset

I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set. Otherwise, getting 6 speakers with decent sound in a headset is hard, and that's what you are asking for, and I have no suggestions, but just a bump up the list. *Stick Out Tongue Is this tech guy true? :p

tech guy says that my windows is genuine?

If you do not trust your 'tech guy' - you are of course free to create your own bootable Win 10 install disk and clean install Windows yourself..

Tutorials available, no 'tech guy' needed.

The related question is whether it's validly activated - but I assume you know that you already had a valid license.
