    Is this the correct way to send in dmp files for diagnostic?


    Hello,since some time I have troubles while playing games from the company paradox so far is has only happened with games from this publisher.It happens after some time and while I have browsers running. Baffling to me is the time it crashes. The first times it crashed while the game was loading after taking a break and restarting the game. Today it crashed while playing the game after several hours of playing.I found a thread that led me to this question form and it said to send a link to a .zip file containing the dmp files and so on. Is this the correct form to give the diagnostic inf

    Help reading mini dmp file

    Download BlueScreenView, unpack the ZIP, and run the EXE (no installation necessary). It's an excellent little utility for looking at DMP files and finding the cause of crashes.

    Best way to send large files?

    how big is it? is it one big file or a large group of small files.... if there small files i recomend you compress them into a single .rar file as it will send it a lot quicker.


    a good method would be FTP... or you could upload it to a hosting site... that way he can download it from hard core servers and should get max speed.



    distance/latency should not effect upload speed.
