  1. Is Unwanted Potentially App BlockingPUA in Windows Defender settings is turned off by default?

Hi all! I'm a Windows 11 Home Single Language user. To begin with, I formatted my laptop 2 days ago and installed a third-party antivirus, Malwarebytes. Yesterday, I woke my laptop from its sleep mode and noticed that the Windows Defender notification icon at the bottom right showed an exclamation mark instead of a green tick. This concerned me, so I took a look to see what the problem was, as it didn't show the exclamation mark before my laptop went into sleep mode. It said that the PUA setting was off, which was why it showed the exclamation mark. I turned it back on as usual. Then, because

  3. Potentially Unwanted App Found (Not)

Yesterday, I got a notification for a Potentially Unwanted App Found. I briefly went through the steps to find the app, but I got nowhere. Today, I received another notification so I took the time to research the entire paradigm for discovering the app. I opened Windows Security from the notification. I next went to App and Browser Control. However, there is no [Review] box under Reputation-based Protection. (All the settings in this section are set to Default). There must be something that is activating the notification, but nothing is showing up either on Microsoft or Malware Fighter. Any assistance would be appreciated as this is already becoming annoying. I am running Version 21H1 (OS Build 19043.1826).

As you can see, it doesn't show the name of the app it wants to block.
