Windows 10: Is Win 10 2004 considered usable yet?

I had mixed results at my last job, a new laptop had no problems, where older hardware did. I have a new PC that I'm building for personal use, and my work laptop has had issues for 2 months installing the cumulative update where troubleshooting that my next steps are either upgrade to 2004 or reimage the system, which working from home makes reimaging a harder option at this time.

I'm probably putting it on my new personal system since everything is new, but is it something that I should be able to upgrade my work laptop to? Thanks!

Win 10 2004 update No AMD graphics

Before upgrading anything else to 2004, I would suggest checking out the current Known Issues list.

Feature Update Win 10 Pro 2004

The Feature Update Win 10 2004 appears to have installed successfully on my computer.

It is listed in Settings, System, About.

However, the Update has wiped out all of my previous Windows Update, View Update History which is now blank.

Moreover, the Feature Update Win 10 2004 itself is not listed in Settings, Update and Security, Windows Update, View Update History.

Is this important?

And if so, how can it be repaired?

Feature Update Win 10 Pro 2004

AFAIK, update history is cleared after installing feature update. This is expected behaviour, nothing to worry about!
