Windows 10: Is Windows 10 infinite reboot unfixable? Please assist.

I have been unable to fix windows 10 infinite reboot regardless of the methods I have attempted. I cannot even install windows. Startup repair is not a solution. I don't know how to access the log file since I can't install the OS. Log file C:Windows/System32/Logfiles/Srt/SrtTrail.txtMy specs: Gigabyte Aorus Ultra B650i itx - Ryzen 7600x - 32 GB RAM Gskill - 1500w PSU, PowerColor 6900XT Red Devil, Windows 10 Version 22H2? I suggest you to perform an automatic repair using the Windows 10 installation media. You will have an ISO of Windows 10. You may refer to the following link on download and create Windows 10 installation media:

Once you create the installation media, perform Automatic repair on Windows 10 computer, follow these steps:

• Insert the media such as (USB or DVD) and restart your computer.
• Press F12 key (typically this is F12, but it can differ between computer manufacturers) and choose the drive that you inserted the installation media into.
• Once the Windows Setup window appears, follow these steps:
• Click next and select Repair your computer.
• You will then see a blue screen and an option to choose. Choose the option
• Troubleshoot and select advanced options.
• You may choose Automatic Repair from Advanced boot option.

The issue might have corrupted the system due to aborting the reset process before completing on the computer. For us to better isolate and identify this issue, kindly try the steps below:

• Please remove all the external device connected to the computer and check if reboot loop stops.
• Disconnect all non-essential devices that might attached to your computer, Windows setup might be trying to detect them.
• If you are connected to a network, disconnect this also.

We also suggest that you start your PC in safe mode, refer to Frederik Long's post from this thread.
