Windows 10: Is Windows 10 installed on this computer? I thought I paid via credit card but I didn't...

PLEASE GUIDE ME THROUGH DOWNLOAD AND INSTALLATION OF WINDOWS10 on myGateway 8.1. I paid via credit card on 1/6/23 but did not complete the installation process.I apologize. I am 77 years old and have limited skills when it comes to this task.

Credit Card Problem

You are old school as you can just as easily activate a credit card online. Of course they'll be security measures in place to make sure you are you *Wink

• Example: Activate your Bank of America credit card online (Bank of America)

And no, you don't "have to go online" to activate.

 

Deleting a credit card

If you are unable to remove the credit cards you've listed under Payments & Billing, try updating your payment method by following the steps indicated on this

link. If that didn't work, kindly retry removing your credit cards after 1-3 days.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
