Windows 10: Is windows 10 update stuck?

My computer has been in storage since 2020, so I'm uploading windows 10 update and it's been going 12 hours and says "it's taken a bit longer than expected... " fir tbe last 5 hours. Is it stuck? Do I need to reboot, please?

Win10: windows update stuck at never ending loop ?

When in win10:

• Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....

Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
- Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.
