Windows 10: Is Windows 11 KB5030219 safe to install?

A couple days ago I installed KB5030219, and found it worked fine on my Administrator account. When another user logs in on their Standard account, Windows would experience severe lag. After uninstalling KB5030219, the issue was resolved and all went back to normal. Now, Windows is requiring me to update again, and I want to know if this issue has been resolved, or if it's going to persist after reinstalling this update. Any help is appreciated!

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

KB5030219 - How to uninstall?

Thanks @DaveM121. I built a list of all the [4] updates to use the "wusa" command on [in reverse order of installation].

I fell at the first step with the command you suggested above [see below]. Also, I examined the files that are updated by KB5030219. The problematic file [that logs an Event Id 1000 with NCM enabled and a failed right-click] is in the list: Windows.UI.FileExplorer.dll

 

Windows Update KB5030219 Not Installing

Hello.

I am trying to do my Windows 11 updates and 2023-09 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5030219) is not installing. I have run the troubleshooter, and it still gets to 50% install then errors out with Installing and the error code it gives - 0x800f0831/ I have done a sfc /scannow and DISM commands and still get this error. I have tried to do a repair with a Windows 11 ISO and get the error. "The file autorun.dll could not be loaded or is corrupt. Setup cannot continue. Error code {0x7E}

I have tried to do a services.mcs with Windows and BITS.

I have wasted a weekend trying to resolve this. I have done countless Google searches and YouTube videos, and nothing works.

Can you give me some direction.
