Windows 10: Is windows 7 Home product key work after 3/4 years ?

I bought a dell latitude 3330 laptop 3/4 years ago. Behind the laptop, I found windows 7 Home product key. I don't use it before cause in my laptop there was already installed windows 10 pro without product key. Can i use my with windows product key which come with my laptop ? The product key which come with my laptop, is it Geniune/OEM ? If it is OEM, How long OEM last for ?Can i use windows 7 home product key to windows 10 home ? I heard that it works

You are not following what I advised you to do:

What does it say at the end of C if that does not work???

If this method worked, you are finished.

If this method did not work for you, go to method G.


Method C: Use the "Change product key" feature to enter your product key again

This method is rated: Easy.

If you were directed to this method, you have the correct product key, but you have to try entering it again to reactivate Windows. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Click Start
   
   
   
   , click Computer, and then click System properties on the toolbar.
2. In the Windows activation section, click the Change product key. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password, or click
   Continue.
3. In the Product key box, type the product key, and then click
   Next.
   
   Note Use your original product key.
4. Follow the steps in the Windows Activation Wizard to complete the activation process.

If this method worked, you are finished.

If this method did not work for you, go to method G.

I don't see anything that says "Click here to activate Windows now". I can see "3 days until automatic activation. Activate Windows now" and "Change product key" but none of them lead to an automated phone system, and yes I'm following now.

Product key doesn't work

I suggest you to try to activate Windows by phone by following the steps below:

• Press “Windows key + R” and type “slui 4” and press Enter.
• Select your Region/Country.
• Select the Phone Activation option, and hold on for a real person.
