Windows 10: Is WSL good option when doing important work?

Hi, wanted to ask if WSL is a reliable option if I have to do some important work, let's say copying large amounts of data.

On my Linux machines, I have no problems with just running rsync to the choosed endpoint where I can drop my stuff, but sadly Windows doesn't have such reliable third party copying tools.

Wanted to ask if WSL and mounting the disks I have (which Windows uses too since they are local to the machine!) can cause any problems?

Actually, this is a consumer-oriented forum for general Windows 10 questions.

As WSL concerns mostly developers and Enterprise, I suggest asking there.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

Unable to import photos

• How are you trying to import photos?
• Are you getting any error message?

You may follow the steps provided below and check if it helps to resolve the issue

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your hardware and devices.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel
• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Hardware and devices troubleshooter
