Hello

I have Windows 10. My camera stopped working. says error... like others have already described. I already tried to uninstall the camera, but the programme doesnt allow me to do so...

Do you have anu solution?

How do I change from User/Isabel to Isabel/Isabel

Hi Isabel

Firstly Isabel/Isabel is not c:\Isabel\Isabel.

First Isabel or User denotes your computername which seems to be changed after update.

To change your computer name right click on computer then to properties and then to advance properties on left then to computer name and click change and restart to apply new name. I hope after this you will get Isabel/Isabel.

Secondly if you want to delete, you can also try to gain ownership of that file by right click on file>properties. Then to Security tab>Advanced and near top in front of current owner click change.

type in Isabel in search field opened and click ok and apply.

In permission entries below click disable inhertance and add your user name with full control and click apply and after that delete it.

How do I change from User/Isabel to Isabel/Isabel

Thanks a lot Vanshaj. I was not able to make it work.

I followed all your instructions and still I was not able to delete the folder. Changing the owner did not change the permissions,. Still I needed permission from Isabel/Isabel to delete. I could not even delete it using the cmd commands running
as a administrator.

So I downloaded an unlocker and deleted the file. I do not get the error window for Quicken anymore.

However, I am still not the owner of my own computer, and I want to be able to access all my files. And go back to being the owner of my own computer

The computer name is already Isabel. When I click System Properties and Tab Computer Name it says Full Computer Name: Isabel. When I go the Advanced tab, Users Profiles tab, in the system properties, it says there are 4 User Profiles 1.-Default Profile.
Last Modified 1/3/18, 2.-Isabel\Isabel, last modified 2/8/18, 3.-Isabel\Isabel2, last modified 2/8/18 (this is the second profile I created as recommended by Marie Ave earlier in the thread), and 4.- Isabel\UpdatusUser, last modified 2/10/2018. It does not
say there is any User\Isabel profile. However, when I click cmd to find who am I it says C:\Users\Isabel>. So I am not sure what is going on here.

So I am still lost. And I still want to be Isabel\Isabel instead of User\Isabel. Any other ideas will be appreciated.

We want to clarify which folder are you trying to access? There is a possibility that error you are getting that you do not have the permission to access the program or file is still under Isabel\Isabel. By changing the permissions set on the folder to the
new user, as was discussed by Vanshaj Daga, you should be able to open the files you needed. Could you also confirm which user profile are you using when doing the steps?
