Windows 10: Isdone.dll and unarc.dll

I'm facing the same problem as this user here:

Any help is needed, my system is x64 bit.

Try running the following in a cmd window.

regsvr32 unarc.dll

The error is related to not enough hard drive space. 76gb is a lot for a package holding compressed data.

DLL Missing

The problem is, that the required DLL is not actually even listed there.
There are just dozens of download adware links from the top to the bottom.
