Windows 10: Issue copying files to phone with ignoring all duplicates

Same issue as described in https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/copying-files-to-a-galaxy-s9-skip-duplicates/4ae74a91-ea8e-452a-8afb-561eb7d2f481:When copying many files from windows to android phone storage pixel 5 in this case, when there are partially duplicated files, the pop-up of "There is a file with the same name in this location" window appears as expected. However, when check the box of "Do this for all conflicts" and selecting "Don't copy", the whole copying process is terminated and no non-duplicate files are copied. You can't copy a folder, thats why it generates an exception (you are trying to copy a folder using a copy file function).
You probably need to list all the files inside that folder and copy one by one

 

Ignore, issue solved.

As the title states, I'm looking for a list of phones that pass all three criteria in that test.
It has to pass to be able to use Google play store and certain Apps.
I've tried Googling and I only find people complaining their phone fails it, compiling a list of failed phones would take a long time and there is no guarantee those not on that list will pass.
The cheaper the better in my case as I'm short on funds.

Edit: Doesn't matter, issue seems to have been resolved on my current Smart Phone.
