Windows 10: Issue factory resetting HP Omen

Hey guys, it's been awhile since I've factory reset my PC and I'm pretty sure it has a virus and I just wanna factory reset to get it running well again. Whenever I go through the advanced restart and select wipe all drives it starts the process gets to 3% then quits back out to the advanced restart screen any idea how to stop this?
