Windows 10: Issue: I always get irql_not_or_less_equal when opening any program.

let me give you some context, recently: my windows 10 computer got infected with ransomware: and a few minutes later I got spammed with BSOD “irql_not_or_less_equal” and I managed to factory reset it. I downloaded all my apps back but a few minutes later I got that BSOD again. Now I cannot run any program without getting that BSOD and my computer is un-useable. Hoping to get a response- adar

Please give steps to open the paths to Program Files

If you want to open File Explorer to your C: drive without any registry tweaks, you'll need to do so from a shortcut you create.

1. Open File Explorer to This PC.
2. Right-click Winndows (C and select Create Shortcut:
   
   
   
3. Clock OK in the altert dialog:
   
   
   
4. And you'll have a shortcut on your Desktop:

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
