Windows 10: Issue in installing SQL 2022 in my Microsoft surface pro 11.

I have an issue in installing SQL 2022 in my Microsoft surface pro 11.it's not installing well. the problem is shown in the attached picture.

I couldn't install SQL Server 2022 in my Windows 11.

I couldn't install SQL Server 2022 on my Windows 11. I tried the workaround mentioned on the Microsoft website but still it didn't work. I later found out this issue is common in Win 11. I need help installing SQL Server 2022 on my laptop.

The error I'm getting: Couldn't find the database engine startup handle.

I request you to help me in fixing this issue as SQL server is needed for my college assignments.

Windows 11 Microsoft SQL 2022 Express Edition

Hey,

currently in work we have PC with Windows 11 Pro license which is used as small "server". Here we have installed MS SQL servers.
We want to add new software database into MS SQL 2022 Express Edition but software creator said we need Windows Server License in order to use SQL Express in local network so client computers can connect to our "server".

Do we really need an Windows Server license for this?
