    ISSUE IN MY BLUETOOTH AND WI-FI


    This bluetooth driver issue is pissing me off in my device ASUS A15 bluetooth or wifi some time just randomly went missing specially if i move my laptop even a lil bit bluetooth gets disconnected and after 2-3 time countiniously the bluetooth or wifi or sometimes even both goes missing the only thing i can do is shut down laptop and then power it on again this works temporarily once i openend the back panel panel of laptop just to check and clean the heat sync and after just cleaning i didn't faced this issue for 5-6 days but after that it again started to do that . If you have any solution

    I suggest you to run the in-built troubleshooter for Internet connections.

    • Open 'Settings' and click on 'Update and security'.
    • On the left pane, select 'Troubleshoot' and run the troubleshooter for 'Internet Connections'.

  3. Wi-fi issue

    I suggest you to run the below troubleshooter and check.

    Run the build-in network troubleshooter

    Follow the steps:


    • Type Troubleshooting in the Search box from the desktop.

    • Select the Troubleshooting option.

    • Select View All option and select the Network Adapter.

    • Click on Next to perform the Network Adapter troubleshooter and follow the steps.

Both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi devices operate on the 2.4GHz frequency and can sometimes interfere with each other.

    Here are a few steps you can try to fix the problem:

    1. Update Drivers:
      • Ensure that your Bluetooth and Wi-Fi drivers are up to date. You can download the latest drivers from the manufacturer's website or use the Windows Device Manager to update your drivers.
    2. Change Wi-Fi Band:
      • If your router supports it, switch your Wi-Fi connection to the 5GHz band instead of 2.4GHz. This can reduce interference since Bluetooth uses the 2.4GHz frequency.
    3. Disable Bluetooth Collaboration:
      • Some network adapters have a setting that helps with the coexistence of Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Go to Device Manager, find your Wi-Fi adapter under the Network adapters section, and open Properties. Under the Advanced tab, look for 'Bluetooth Collaboration' or a similar setting and disable it.
