    Issue Installing Cumulative Updates


    So, im having issue while updating to the update "2023-12 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems KB5033375". When im trying to update it from the Windows Update tab in settings either it will not download the update or it is unable to install the update, Same with manual update packages from ms update catalog. My Updates History is full of this same update failure. Running DISM/SFC didn't gave any output of anything missing.

    Cumulative update issue

    Hello!

    As usual I checked for updates.. it showed a list to download and install.. After downloading, windows failed to install cumulative update for windows version 1909.. I tried to solve by using 'Have a question' option.. I tried every steps which were mentioned
    in 'Get Help' window.. still no solution..

    it shows

    "There were problems installing some updates, but we'll try again later.

    2020-01 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1909 for x64-based Systems (KB4528760) - Error 0x80073701"

    please help me to solve this issue..

    I MANUALLY installed Cumulative Update KB3185614 SUCCESSFULLY but Windows continues to try to install SAME update

    Hi,

    There may be some corrupted files in the update even if it was successfully installed. Because of this, Windows prompts you to reinstall the it.

    To resolve the issue, we suggest uninstalling the update. Please follow the steps below:

    • Open Control Panel and click on Programs.
    • In the Programs tab, select View installed updates under
      Programs and Features. You will be directed to the Uninstall an update page.
    • From the list of updates, right-click on Cumulative Update KB3185614 and select
      uninstall.

    Windows will eventually reinstall this update since it will be missing.

    If the issue will persist, you may run the Windows Update Troubleshooter tool. This tool automatically fixes problems with Windows Update.

    Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) will not install

    Anyone else having problems getting the Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) installed? This update has been failing for me & doing a failed to update after downloading & reboot, then rebooting & removing the update.
