Windows 10: Issue Purchasing Minecraft realms

I am trying to purchase a minecraft realms, or renew it. Before the merger it was completely fine after it gives me an error saying I need parents permission. I am 25 and using my own debit/paypal, as well as being the only person in the family unit. I tried adding an older account but it still doesn't seem to work.{"success":false,"failedValidations":[{"name":"PURCHASE_BLOCKED_BY_FAMILY_SETTING"}]}Is my error code.

There should be no difference between Minecraft purchased from the Microsoft Store and Mojang website as they are cross-platform play compatible. You can join/invite people in a Realm as long as they are also listed as Xbox Live friends.
