Windows 10: issue regarding of bit recovery key

i have dedicated some memory and installed "UBENTU" for educational purpose. now when i am trying to open my windows it asking bit lock recovery key .but when i have checked in microsoft account ,it is not showing any thinng and i didn't saved any where. could you please help me as soon as possible. i bought my laptop from amezon

Issues might be happening because of entering Incorrect Bit Locker recovery key. Bit Locker key password will be a 48-digit alpha numeric characters.
