Windows 10: Issue regarding plug in headset and computer..

I have been having an issue recently regarding sound and my computer whenever it comes to my headset.After I had a bluescreen, my headset while detected by my computer and labeled as functional has stopped working and does not produce any sound.The mic is still able to work when connected to the computer but that is all.I have tried everything that includes,- Sonic suite- Settings Sound Settings- Device Manager- Control Panel- Computer Management- Realtek Audio ConsoleThrough countless tutorials and I haven't found anything.Somebody else previously had the same issue I have but had it fixed

Headset Mic "Not Plugged In"

• Did you already try to plugged the headset into another port which indicating the mic and headset icon?
• When did the issue first occur?
• Did you already try to use another headset to other devices and check if you are encountering the same issue?

have to reboot with the jack in for my PLANTRONICS AUDIO 355 HEADSET to work on windows 10

We appreciate your effort on following the steps provided. You may also want to consider checking the following steps to isolate the main issue:

• Have you tried plugging in your headset on a different computer?
• Have you tried plugging in your headset on a different ports?
• Please check your manufacturer's page if there are new driver and utility updates.

I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set. Otherwise, getting 6 speakers with decent sound in a headset is hard, and that's what you are asking for, and I have no suggestions, but just a bump up the list. *Stick Out Tongue
