Windows 10: Issue related to graphic drivers in windows 10

Hello I have a old pc with tiny 10 23H1 ×64 version. After installing the os I downloaded the latest version of Nvidia graphic driver 309.08 WHQL for the inbuilt Nvidia geforce 7100 nforce 630i. But after installing the driver the task bar and the start menu became transparent. One other glitch that I saw was that one half of the setting app flickers and sometimes the whole screen flickers when using setting app. Do anyone know the solution for this issue. Please help me.Thank you !

I would suggest you to follow the same steps above suggested by Jenith_James and select the previous operating system like
Windows 8/8.1 or Windows 7 and install it
and check if it helps.

Let's try the below steps and check if it helps to resolve the issue.

Method 1: I suggest you to update graphics drivers
following the below steps.

• Press Windows key + X and select Device Manager.
• Search for Display Adapters and expand it.
• Right click on the graphics driver and select
  Update driver software.

Method 2: Uninstall and Reinstall the
graphics card drivers and
update and check.

A couple of graphics related issues in W10


A couple of graphics related issues in W10.Firstly, a message often pops up saying ''NVidia graphics driver has stopped responding and has recovered''. Even after downloading most recent driver.

Secondly, I have now noticed that when my PC is in sleep mode for any length of time, resuming will result in black and white stepped / blocked stripes across my monitor.

Any ideas on what may be wrong? New graphic card? New Monitor??!!?? Reinstall Windows?

My monitor is an HP LP 2065. Graphic card GT640. NVidia driver 355.82

Follow the below methods and check if it helps.

Method 1:

I suggest you update Graphic card drivers:

• Press Windows key + X and click on
  Device manager.
• Expand Display Driver from the list.
• Right click on the Graphic driver and select
  update driver software.

If the issue still persist follow method 2.

Method 2:

I suggest you to go to the manufacturer’s website of your graphic card and check for any updated drivers available there. If so, try to install them and check if it fix the issue.

If no updated drivers available then try installing the available drivers in compatibility mode.

Refer the steps:

• Download the Drive from the manufacture’s website, Right click on the setup file and select Properties.
  
  
• Click the compatibility tab, tick the box next to Run this program in compatibility mode for and select Windows.
