Windows 10: Issue With Apps

i keep getting This file does not have an app associated with it for performing this action. Please install an app or, if one is is already installed, Create an association in the default Apps Settings Pane when trying to open windows 10's setting app and start menu and cortana won't open

nor the action center,People on taskbar nor any Universal Windows 10 apps like edge or tips, if this issue continues i might downgrade back to windows 7 or 8.1 edge says Class not registered

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

Mail app will not open on 10041.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

 

[HELP]Image recovery issues

Guys i am trying to fix my cousins Asus Eee netbook. It has a backup image file that is partitioned on the hard drive but when I go to use it the app will run through a few steps and stop. It is running Vista . Any suggestions?
