Windows 10: Issue with April 14, 2020—KB4549951

Hi.
Every month when the cumulative update release I come across really annoying issues, specially with sound volume and unrecognised devices usb ports.

After installing the update the sound is really low. Before the update at 50% volume the sound was high and now it's lower even if I at 100% volume.
For example, now I restarted my PC and the back usb port stop working, so my keyboard and mouse and all the device not recognized, and only after several restarts all started works again but the sound is really really low.

Those issues happened every single month with the cumulative updates and it's really exhausting.
With windows 7 it's never happend to me and I used to update without fears that maybe something caus an issue.
There is solution for this?

Error Completion of KB4551762 (March 12, 2020) & KB4549951 (April 14, 2020) windows Updates





I couldn't Complete March 12, 2020—KB4551762 & April 14, 2020—KB4549951 Updates. I tried uninstalling all updates and Again update them. but it says "We couldn't complete update. Undoing changes."





I have Both windows 10 and Ubuntu installed in my system using dual boot. How can i fix this problem. ?
