Windows 10: Issue with browsers and some windows applications after system reset

Hey !

I'm using windows 10 Home on my HP laptop and recently my system has been infected soo i did a full system clean installation abd formatted all the drives as a brand new.

Once i did this it was working fine with no issues

Then i installed couple of applications All are licensed later then my system started acting slow

When i open any browser i use chrome it takes like 5-7 mins to open and but when i browse anything it wont load i try again by closing all the chrome background files and restart the system and try again and sometimes it does works and sometimes it doest.

I dont know why this is happening to my browser applications most of the time and sometimes it does happens to some applications
