Windows 10: Issue with C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\XINPUT1_3.dll

I just upgraded to windows 11 and since doing so when I try to open certain apps it comes up with a Bad Image message saying:C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\XINPUT1_3.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0x000012f.I have try deleting and reinstalling the app, my computer is fully updated and I also tried to install Direct X through windows, none of these worked. I would appreciate any help you can provide on the matter

Unable to run Tom Clancy's The Division - Missing XINPUT1_3.DLL

Just purchased MSI Trident X 9Plus Desktop.

Installed the game Division and ran it and fail to start because of missing XInput1_3.DLL

Windows 10 were updated and nVidia driver was updated to the latest driver.

DirectX12 was installed. Ran DxDiag tool and didn't show any problem.

I checked the Windows/System32 folder and there is XInput1_4.DLL, but no XInput1_3.DLL

Ran the DirectX installation from Microsoft website, but the installation failed.

also tried to run DirectX installation as an administrator, still get internal error.

any suggestion on how to proceed from here?

msvcp100.dll and msvcr100.dll in C:\

Hello back TPU!

Yesterday I saw two files(msvcp100.dll and msvcr100.dll) in my C:\ disk folder. What does this mean? I know this two files should be in C:\Windows or C:\Windows\System32 or somewhere in C:\Windows but not in main disk folder. I deleted this files but files appeared again today. Is this a virus or maybe an application? How can I check this?
