Windows 10: Issue with constant mouse freezing Wired mouse with DPI changing button, Reddragon S101-3...

Recently, I found myself to be having issues with my Reddragon mouse I got off amazon. At first, the mouse freezing issues were exclusively in games, however now I see them constantly occurring even outside of hardware-intensive tasks. Quick info;ALL of my drivers were recently updatedThis is not the first time I had this issue, however, previously it stopped on its own.A USB input device under Device Manager was giving me a Code 10 error, However, this went away when I unplugged the mouse and plugged it back in. The issue still persists,Uninstalled my mouse driver and reinstalled it.When the

DPI is the standard used to measure the mouse sensitivity, expressed as the number of DPIs (dots per linear inch) that a device can detect. By changing the DPI, you can instantly adjust pointer speed for precision tasks,
such as in-game targeting or photo editing. The greater the number of DPIs, the higher the mouse sensitivity, and the faster the pointer speed.
