Windows 10: Issue with dwmcore.dll needing to be reinstalled

I have been having trouble with running a video game on windows 10 with a recurring error where the game fails to render and then crashes. The game developer says that there is an issue with my dwmcore.dll file. I have no idea what to do with that and the forums are not helpful. I've already reinstalled windows and done a full factory wipe, so I am assuming this is something that relates to the harddrive? Anyways, does anyone have an answer?

d3d11.dll Issue

I was trying to run an program on Windows 10, and it's giving me an error: "Could not load d3d11.dll".

Troubleshooting steps I have taken so far:

• Installed the latest version of Microsoft DirextX - downloaded from Microsoft website
• Installed all the updates from Windows update
• Check the path C:\\Windows\\system32\\ - the file is there
• updated graphic's driver - from Intel website
  • reinstalled the driver
• reinstalled the software that was giving the error.

but the issue is still not fixed

  What application does the .dll belongs to?
  
• 
  Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling the software?
  
• 
  Aside from downloading and installing the .dll file, what other troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

DLL Missing

I actually posted the link for the "list of troubleshooting steps to resolve your boost_threads.dll problems" which is located half way down the page. I did not mean to promote any downloads.

Why don't I just go back and indicate that on my original post? That way there's access to the 'step-by-step' instructions, which are accessed via those green 'plus' signs next to the topics.
