Windows 10: Issue with executing from Startup folder

I have placed a shortcut to a cmd file in C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startupthe short cut is set run as admin. when I reboot the machine the script does not execute.I can check the location shell:startup the shortcut is still there.If I double click the script in the startup folder it runs as expected.Why does it not run upon boot?Thanks

Startup programs not launching on startup

Replying to Brink none of that works here is why- Step 1- No items listed in startup on task manager as stated. Step 2- I dont have shell:Startup on the pc as it cannot be located Step 3- I dont understand that option also the startup folder cannot be found Step 4- No apps showing under startup on settings Step 5- Dont have access to advanced options at all for any apps Step 6- Doesn't work. Thanks for trying - - - Updated - - - @dalchina, Will try the program now and no I have no suitable restore points and also nothing that I am aware of has been updated besides for Windows Updates but nothing major. WIll respond once I try the program.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
