Windows 10: Issue with Factory Resetting Windows 11 – Error Message

Hello Microsoft Support Team,I am using a laptop that originally came with Windows 10 Home Edition preinstalled, and I later upgraded it to Windows 11 Home Edition. I have backed up all my files and am attempting to perform a factory reset. However, when I try to reset my PC, I receive the following error message:"There was a problem resetting your PC. No changes were made."Despite multiple attempts, the issue persists. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue so I can successfully reset my PC?Thank you for your time and assistance.

• When you say that "go to factory reset", are you referring to roll back to previous Operating System?
• When you say that "laptop was back to windows 7 I think", are you able to see Windows 7 logo on the screen? Is the computer stuck at Windows 7 startup screen?
• Are you restarting the computer, are you still getting the error message while booting to the computer?

There shouldn't be an issue singing in to your computer after performing a factory reset. What's odd is that the error message "Your account has been disabled" is showing up. However, we suggest that you provide us a screenshot of the signing
in page with the said error message. It's for us to determine what would be the steps that we need to isolate your concern.
