    Issue with flash drive recognition


    Hai,I am facing a small issue that my Sandisk 3.1 gen1 pendrive is not recognized by my laptop's USB ports 1 and 2port 1 and port 2 are 3.1 gen 1 ports but port 32.0 has no issues as mentioned. The catch is other flash drives and hard drives work well with all three ports.I have tried to update the drive but there are no updates to be done.Can anyone have any suggestions to resolve it?

    Are facing any issue with speech recognition?

    I would suggest you to follow the steps to see Advance speech options.

    • Press Windows+X key on the keyboard
    • Click on control panel
    • Select speech recognition
    • On the left hand pane you will see Advance speech option

    Issue with flash drive recognition

    CD to flash drive

    Hi Pam,

    There are several ways to copy your pictures from the CD to the Flash drive. One of which is by using the shortcut keys to copy and paste it.

    We suggest following the steps below:

    • Insert the CD and flash drive to your PC.
    • Use Cortana and type File Explorer then click it.
    • Choose This PC.
    • Open the CD drive.
    • If all the pictures are in a specific folder, press Ctrl + A
      on your keyboard to automatically choose all the pictures then, press Ctrl + C to copy it.
    • Afterwards, Open the Flash drive, choose the location where you want to copy the pictures then press
      Ctrl + V to paste it.
