Windows 10: Issue with incremental freezing, or as I have come to learn what is called "hanging" with...

No matter how hard I try, I cannot get my computer to get past this issue with it ceasing most of its thinking in intervals of a few seconds at a time. When I am in google chrome, it gets stuck loading until the freeze passes over, then it loads the page as normal. Discord and Zoom calls have the video and audio freeze and cut out every handful of seconds for a few seconds at a time, among other things. This issue is becoming increasingly infuriating and I have done all I can so far to fix it. I have updated my graphics drivers, updated to the latest windows 10 update in settings. I have also run CCleaner followed by Malwarebytes. I am so lost as to how to fix this without mucking about with uninstalling and reinstalling windows or something like that. One thing I do know is that in Event Viewer I was able to find something that I am not sure if it is related, but is something worth noting I think. It's this warning that appears numerous times in the Event Viewer that states "The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID...". So I would really appreciate any help anyone is willing to offer because I am stumped

Windows 10 Freeze / Hang

pc 'hangs' or freezes randomly

While in use suddenly nothing responds to mouse or keyboard for long minutes, then starts up again ok for a few minutes. Have tried all usual restart/etc. online suggestions without luck.

Have found in Task Manager - Processes - there are listed 4 'Suspended" items, Could they be the culprits causing the 'hang or freeze'.

Can't determine exactly what the suspended are so am hesitant to 'End Task' them.

Thanks for your reply. I do agree with you.. the phone is really amazing, it's just the a glitch that has come out to be a common issue.



Everyone, now my phone is working excellent. Here are the steps that I would like to suggest all of you:

• Call hanging problem is originally due to not using a microsim. I also got a problem in my phone related to its touch sensitivity. But once i replaced the sim, everything was working fine
• It's better if you can get the OS reinstalled at Nokia Care - the new OS with a patch for call hanging problem will be installed in your phone - which will work simply great
• Don't try installing and uninstalling too many applications- i think that can affect the performance.

Let me tell you folks, the future belongs to Mango, as you'll see it everywhere in the future. Let Microsoft hold ground in this market and then we might see launch of complementary services on such phones - just like xbox.
