    Issue with installing Windows 11 over Windows 10 - cannot find drive


    I have a couple of laptops that are currently running Windows 10. Due to various issues, we are now installing Windows 11 as a new OS: However, when booting into installation screen the setup cannot find any drives.I have also checked diskpart and it is now showing them there either. I have the intel RST, but i am not sure if they are going to find the drive. The drive shows in the BIOS so I am confused as to why:a./ It is seen by the biosb./ runs Windows 10but cannot be seen by the setup have tried both Win10 and Win11.I am hoping that somebody here will have either some ideas or have had t

Then I used chkdsk to fix the clone of any errors since the first one was half dead and was failing nonstop. Now I wanna use bootrec to rebuild the bcd so I can boot in, but I can't it can't find the windows...
