Windows 10: Issue with laptop setup

I have bought 2 new work laptops.On setup I was inputting my email for my Microsoft account but it kept saying not recognised. It didn't give me the option to select school/work.It made me use my personal email.I am now trying to setup my work account but it won't let me add it as a user. As I want that to be the admin and remove the personal account that it made me setup.I done this with new laptop loads of times but it has always let me use my work details to set it up.Frustrated. Can anyone help?Thanks

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
