    At the company I work for, we have recently been transitioning our published applications to remoteApp. We have been finding that some users specifically those with mice generally used for gaming - but really any with polling rates over 250 experience intermittent extreme latency when clicking menus in the remoteApp session. Additionally we are seeing users have issues with copy/pasting duplicating, or parts of the pasting becoming jumbled. Very few end users are effected but we have been able to replicate the mouse polling rate issue easily in our testi

    d3d11.dll Issue

    Hello,

    I was trying to run an program on Windows 10, and it's giving me an error: "Could not load d3d11.dll".

    Troubleshooting steps I have taken so far:

    • Installed the latest version of Microsoft DirextX - downloaded from Microsoft website
    • Installed all the updates from Windows update
    • Check the path C:\\Windows\\system32\\ - the file is there
    • updated graphic's driver - from Intel website
      • reinstalled the driver
    • reinstalled the software that was giving the error.
    but the issue is still not fixed

    Wireless mouse "driver is unavailable" issues

    The error Driver is unavailable means that there is no available driver installed for your mouse that’s why it is not working. We suggest that you check the mouse driver from the device manager. Follow the steps below:

    • Open Device Manager.
    • Look for Mice and other pointing devices and click it to expand.
    • Check if there is a driver for the wireless mouse.

    If there is none, we suggest that you visit the manufacturer’s website of the mouse and download then install the latest mouse driver compatible to Windows 10.
