Windows 10: Issue with launching games and installing apps

Hi I recently bought a PC and errors keep coming up when i try to download EA app, Epic games launcher, and when i try to run any game on steam it says “Microsoft C++ runtime required”. Im pretty sure there is a link between downloading EA and Epic Games to the issue with opening my steam games. Can anyone please assist?
