Windows 10: Issue with Microsoft Authenticator App

I had an issue with the MS Authenticator where I received a notification that someone had attempted to login to my Microsoft Account. I was on my authenticator App on my phone and when I tried to view my recent activity the authenticator app asked me to verify my login on the authenticator app then went into a sign iin loop where it would provide me a number, I would enter my number as provided by the app and then it would time out and loop into providing a number againI deleted my app cache and data to try and troubleshoot the issue, and now i have an issue where i have two step authenticatio
