Windows 10: Issue with Microsoft store, please help!!

Hello everyone, I really need help getting Microsoft Store to work on my pc. I've tried everything from using the troubleshooter, Cleaning the app's cache and reinstalling it using CMD. When i launch it, it stays like this for a good few seconds keep in mind, i have a fast internet connection: Before it finally shows me, the home page looking like this and missing alot of apps: When i try to click on "see details" it shows me the error message below:

App Store sign in issue Windows 10

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community, we appreciate your interest in Windows 10.

As you are facing issues with logging-in to the Windows Store with Microsoft account, do let us know if you have logged-in to your computer using Microsoft account?

I suggest you to perform Windows Store reset and check if it helps.

Steps to clear the Store cache:

• Press the Windows + R keys on the keyboard.
• Type wsreset.exe and press Enter.
• Reboot the computer and then check the issues with the Windows Store.

Unable to launch Microsoft Store and Microsoft store apps.

I understand how it could be when the applications doesn’t work as they are supposed to. We will look into this. However, please reply to the following questions to help you in a better way:

• Are you getting any error message?
  
• Since when are you facing this issue?
  
• Are you aware of any changes made on the computer recently?
  

In the meantime, I suggest you to follow the steps from the article
Fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store to fix the issues with the Microsoft apps that are not launching. Also, follow the steps from the article

Microsoft Store doesn't launch to fix the issues you are facing in launching Store.
