I have Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000 v1.0Something strange is happening when I press certain keys.For example when I type using MS WORD:When I press KEY "y" then editor opens in MS WORD.When I press KEY "o" then Office access key pops up.When I press KEY "c" then Microsoft Store opens.When I press KEY "z" then Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center App opens."Esc" KEY opens my email application.When I press some other keys only some keys type correctly and some of them type double characters.When I type in URL address bar or search field the same problem appears.So far I have done tes

I suggest you to connect the keyboard to a different computer and check if the issue persists.

If the keyboard does not function correctly on another computer, the keyboard maybe defective. If this is the case, and the warranty on the keyboard is still valid, you may exchange the defective keyboard for a new keyboard.

If the keyboard works fine on a different computer, try the methods listed below:

Method 1

Adjust Language settings:

• Open Settings and click on Time and Language.
  
• Choose Region and Language and make sure the language you’re using on your keyboard (the input language) matches the one you’re using on your PC (the display language).
  

Method 2

Update driver manually:

Install the latest drivers from Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000 and check if
it works.

If the issue persists, you may get in touch with
Microsoft Hardware Support for further assistance.

This Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000 v1.0 (S/N 7687607663434) types every other character, except for the letter "R" (either upper or lower case). The letter "r" returns nothing on two different PC's. This keyboard was received
on 12/17/2019. How do I get it replaced under warranty?
